Terms and Conditions

Thank you for being a part of our growing community. Our highest aspiration is for you to have a wonderful and memorable experience from the first email exchange to the final goodbye hug.

We are a small and independent business that puts a lot of energy and love into making these retreats a reality. For this reason, we are unable to offer any refunds on reservation deposits. We recommend that you carefully review our terms and conditions, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We're here to help!

Reservation deposit

In order to secure your spot on the adventure of a lifetime, we require a 200€ deposit. Just think of it as a down payment on all the fun you're going to have. As soon as we receive your deposit, your enrollment will be confirmed and you'll be all set to go. Just be sure to read and agree to our terms and conditions before you send in your payment – we don't want any surprises. And one more thing – the deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Remainder payment and refunds for retreats

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that sometimes things come up that are beyond our control. That's why we want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. But just bear in mind that as the retreat date gets closer, it becomes harder and harder for us to fill any empty spots left by cancellations. And we don't want anyone to miss out on all the fun! So, with that in mind, we've come up with the following policy for remainder payments and refunds. It's just a little something to keep in mind as you plan your adventure with us.

  • A deposit payment of 200€ is required to secure your reservation for the retreat. This deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The remainder payment for the retreat is due no later than six weeks before the start of the retreat.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation prior to four weeks before the start of the retreat, we will refund 50% of your payment, minus the deposit payment.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation within four weeks of the start of the retreat, we will not be able to provide any refunds.

  • In the event that we are forced to cancel the retreat for any reason, we will refund all payments in full.

 

Retreat cancellation

In the event that we are forced to cancel the retreat for any reason, we will provide a full refund on all payments made, including the reservation deposit. Please note that we are unable to cover any personal expenses, such as travel expenses, visa costs, work-related losses, etc.

 

Insurance

We encourage you to purchase travel cancellation insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This can include unexpected illnesses or injuries, natural disasters, or other unexpected events that may prevent you from being able to attend the retreat. Travel cancellation insurance can provide peace of mind and financial protection in these situations, allowing you to receive a refund or credit for your retreat fees. While we do have a policy in place for cancellations and refunds, it is always a good idea to have an additional layer of protection in case the unexpected occurs.
